She gave me some great advice on maintaining the style we went for, and I could feel her enthusiasm for her craft. The layout of the salon is open and inviting, which adds to the overall positive vibe. Plus, they have a fantastic selection of hair products available for purchase, which is always a plus for me! I ended up buying a couple of items that she recommended and have been loving them ever since. On a constructive note, I did notice that the booking process could be slightly improved; I had a little trouble securing an appointment online. It would be great if they could streamline that aspect a bit more. However, the quality of service and the end results certainly made it worth the slight inconvenience! I left feeling completely satisfied and confident with my new look. I’ll definitely be back for my next trim!
