This auto body shop exceeded my expectations in just about every way! After an unfortunate accident, I was dreading the repair process, but the team here made it seamless. From scheduling my appointment to the moment I picked up my car, they were professional, courteous, and most importantly, they really cared about the quality of their work. My car was handled with such care, and they even detailed the interior before handing it back to me! The only small drawback was the initial wait time for an opening, but given the high demand for their services, I can understand why they’re so busy. They’re worth the wait! I took my car here after a fender bender, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service. The team was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the repair process. They walked me through the estimate and explained what needed to be done. I felt like I could trust them with my car, which is vital. They promised to have it ready in a week, and to my surprise, they finished a day early! The quality of the work was top-notch; my car looks brand new. One area for improvement would be to have more seating in the waiting area as it felt quite crowded when I visited. However, this minor inconvenience didn't take away from the fantastic experience I had. I will definitely be returning for any future repairs!
