From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and understanding. They made me feel comfortable even though I was quite anxious. The receptionist was very efficient and got me checked in quickly, and I barely had to wait before being taken to an exam room. Dr. Smith was thorough and explained everything in detail. He took the time to listen to my concerns and offered various treatment options without pushing me into anything I wasn't ready for. The facility itself was clean and organized, which is always a plus in a medical setting. My only small complaint would be that the waiting room could use a few more comfortable chairs; after a long day, I could have used a little more cushioning! I had a great experience at this emergency dental office! They were able to see me immediately after I called in with a chipped tooth. The dentist was professional and very gentle, which I appreciated. The ambiance was nice too! Just a minor note: I found the parking situation a bit tricky, as the lot was small. Still, I would definitely return if I need urgent dental care again!
