I just want to share how impressed I was with the service at this local meat store! The staff was friendly, and they took the time to answer my questions about the different types of cuts. I ended up purchasing some lamb chops that were simply fantastic when cooked on the grill. The flavor was incredible! The only downside is that they close on weekends, which makes it hard for my family and me to visit. It would be great if they could consider opening for at least half a day on Saturdays. That said, I am looking forward to returning and trying out more of their products!
