I had a fantastic experience at this dental office recently! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The front desk staff greeted me with big smiles and were super helpful with my insurance questions. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough during my cleaning, and I appreciated how she explained each step of the process. Dr. Vande Berg came in shortly after, and I was impressed by how personable he was. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I also liked that he explained the importance of certain treatments and how they can affect my overall health, which made me feel more informed about my dental care. The office was clean and well-organized, and I noticed they had some great technology, which made my visit smooth. The only thing I would suggest is to enhance their waiting area a bit; while it was comfortable, it could use some more magazines or a TV to help pass the time. I can't recommend this dental office enough! The staff are all super friendly and make you feel right at home. The dentist was thorough and made sure I understood everything about my treatment options. Plus, the place is really clean and well-kept. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back for my next appointment!
