I just had my first appointment here, and I was really pleased with the whole process. The office has a modern vibe, which made me feel at ease right away. The receptionist greeted me with a smile, and the paperwork was simple to fill out. During my consultation, the dentist was very approachable and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. They also have a great payment plan for those who might need it, which is a big plus! I've been going to this dental office for a few years now, and I can't say enough good things about my experiences! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The waiting area is bright and clean, and I love that they have complimentary coffee and snacks available. My hygienist is always gentle but thorough, and she takes the time to explain each step of the process. Dr. Thompson is amazing; he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to address any concerns.
