I had a great experience at this credit union! The team was super helpful when I was applying for a car loan. They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood all the terms. The only downside was that it took a little longer than expected to finish the paperwork. Other than that, I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and dedication to customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking to switch from a traditional bank!

After years of dealing with big banks, I decided to make the switch to a credit union and ended up here. Honestly, I wish I had done it sooner! The service is exceptional—everyone I encountered was attentive and willing to help. I opened both a savings and checking account, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn about the various savings options they provide, including great interest rates that really stand out. The staff took the time to explain everything, from the mobile app features to the details about their loans, which helped me feel more at ease with my decisions. One thing I think could improve, though, is their Saturday hours; it would be great if they could extend them a little. However, given their overall service quality, I can overlook that minor inconvenience. The community feel really struck me as a major benefit, and I love that they actually reinvest in local projects. Overall, I’m thrilled with my choice!
