I had a wonderful experience when I visited this office for a consultation. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, which is so important in a medical setting. I saw Dr. Bateman for an evaluation of my chronic allergies, and he was thorough and very understanding. He took his time to explain my options and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. The office was clean, and I didn’t have to wait long at all, which is always a bonus! My only feedback would be to improve the appointment reminder system. I almost forgot my appointment due to not receiving a reminder. Nonetheless, I am pleased with my experience and the care I received. I feel confident about moving forward with my treatment!

I just had my first appointment, and I’m really pleased with the overall experience. The doctor was incredibly attentive and made sure to address all of my concerns regarding my breathing issues. The office environment was soothing and inviting, which definitely helped calm my nerves. I do think the appointment scheduling system could use some improvement — I had a bit of a wait when I arrived, even though I had an appointment. However, the staff was friendly, and I could tell they were doing their best. The doctor’s expertise and caring attitude really made up for the minor hiccup. I feel optimistic about my treatment moving forward!

What an incredible experience! I went for a consultation regarding some concerns I had about my nasal passages, and I was blown away by the level of care I received. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and had a comforting demeanor that put me right at ease. He explained everything in detail without making me feel overwhelmed. I especially appreciated how he offered a couple of options for my treatment, allowing me to feel empowered in my decisions. The staff was also top-notch, always smiling and very professional. The only thing I would suggest is having a bit more signage to help first-time visitors find the entrance more easily. It was a little tricky to find the first time. But other than that, I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this practice for anyone needing ENT care!
