I had a really good experience renting a car from this establishment! From the moment I called to inquire about availability, the customer service was exceptional. The representative was patient and answered all my questions regarding insurance and pricing options. When I arrived at the location, I was impressed by the setup and cleanliness of the area. It looked professional yet welcoming. The car I received was a compact SUV that was perfect for my family trip. It had ample space and all the features we needed for comfort, including Bluetooth connectivity and a spacious trunk. The only slight downside was the wait time when I returned the car; there seemed to be a bit of a backlog at that time. However, the staff handled it well and remained friendly throughout the process. Overall, my experience was positive, and I appreciate that this is a women-led business. It felt great to support a company that empowers women in leadership roles. I’ll definitely be back for my next rental and will recommend this place to others!

As someone who travels frequently for work, I’ve rented cars from various companies, but my experience at this location has been top-notch! When I arrived, the staff was friendly and professional, which made the whole pick-up process quick and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-maintained the vehicle was. The cleanliness really stood out to me, which is so important during times like these. One minor point I would suggest is perhaps providing more detailed maps or recommendations for local attractions for those of us who are new to the area.
