I recently rented a truck from this agency and had a really positive experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, explaining everything I needed to know about the rental process. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well-maintained the truck was. It made my move so much easier. One small downside was that the parking lot was a bit cramped, making it tricky to navigate when I returned the truck. However, the staff was there to assist, which was appreciated. I can’t say enough good things about my experience! I needed a large truck for a cross-country move, and this rental agency exceeded my expectations. The reservation process online was straightforward. When I arrived, the staff was welcoming and took the time to explain the vehicle features, which I found so helpful since I had never driven such a big truck before. I appreciated that they offered an option for insurance, giving me peace of mind while on the road. The truck itself was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for all my belongings. I was a little concerned about driving it through some tight spots, but it handled beautifully. I returned the truck after a long journey, and the drop-off process was equally as easy. If I had to nitpick, I would say they could improve their weekend hours, as I had to rush on Saturday morning. Still, everything else was fantastic, and I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a truck rental service!

I had reserved a 15-foot truck, and it was ready to go exactly when I arrived. The man at the counter explained the rental terms clearly, so I knew what to expect. The truck was spotless and drove like a dream, which is saying a lot for a moving truck! I made the reservation online, which was super convenient, but I wished they had more flexible return hours. I had to adjust my schedule to return the truck by 5 PM on a weekday. That being said, the overall experience was very positive, and I appreciated the professionalism of the team. Plus, the rental price was very competitive. I’ll definitely be using them again for my next move, and I recommend them to anyone looking for an easy, stress-free truck rental experience. If they could just extend their hours a bit, it would be perfect!
