What an incredible experience! A few weeks ago, my car got scratched up during a parking lot mishap, and I was really worried about how much it would cost and how long it would take to get fixed. After reading great reviews, I decided to take it here. The receptionist was friendly and helped me schedule an appointment that fit my busy workday. They took me through the estimation process and provided a detailed breakdown of the costs. I must say, the pricing was reasonable, especially considering the high quality of their work. They finished the repairs a day earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The only thing I wish is that they provided a bit more communication during the repair process. I had to call to check on progress, which isn't a huge deal, but a quick update would have been nice. That said, my car looks fantastic, and I would definitely return if I need more work done.
