I recently took my Audi in for a much-needed service, and I can't express how impressed I was with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. They explained everything that would need to be done in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. I particularly loved how they provided a detailed breakdown of the costs upfront, so there were no surprises. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with complimentary coffee, which made the short wait much more enjoyable. When I got my car back, it felt like I was driving it off the lot for the first time again! They even took care of some minor issues I hadn’t initially mentioned, which showed they really care about their customers. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be extending their hours on Saturdays, as it’d make it easier for those of us with busy weekdays. Had my BMW serviced with these folks last week, and I couldn’t be happier! The technicians were super knowledgeable and really took the time to explain the work that was going to be done. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail. They even noticed a small issue with my brake pads that I hadn’t picked up on and advised me to get it fixed sooner rather than later. The turnaround time was quicker than I expected, and I was back on the road in no time. The only thing I would have liked more was a bit more communication throughout the day; I had to call for updates. But overall, the experience was fantastic, and I’m definitely making them my go-to spot for all my car needs.
