I ended up selecting a beautiful pair of diamond earrings, which my wife absolutely adored. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail; they even offered to wrap the gift beautifully at no extra charge. The only minor drawback was that the store was a bit crowded on the Saturday I visited, making it hard to get a one-on-one consultation right away. While the repair took a little longer than I had anticipated, they kept me updated throughout the process, which made the wait more bearable. When I got my watch back, it looked as good as new! I also browsed their collection while waiting, and I must say, their selection is quite extensive. I ended up picking up a lovely bracelet as well! My only suggestion would be to improve the seating area for customers waiting on repairs; a few more comfortable seats would be appreciated. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing jewelry repair or looking to buy a new piece.
