I recently switched dentists and chose this place based on the positive reviews, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient, which made checking in a breeze. Dr. Pakanati is fantastic—he was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. I had a couple of cavities filled, and I was surprised at how comfortable the experience was. They use modern techniques, which made the process quicker than I expected. My only critique would be that I'd love to see more options for post-visit care products available for purchase. What a fantastic experience! I recently needed a crown, and I was nervous about the whole thing. However, from the first visit to the final fitting, everything went smoothly. The dental assistant was incredibly supportive, explaining each step. Dr. Pakanati’s skill is impressive; he was gentle yet efficient. The office environment is so calming, which is a rarity in dental visits! Also, I noticed they offer great amenities like complimentary coffee and water, which is a nice touch. The only minor thing I would say is that I wish there was a little more flexibility in appointment scheduling, as I had to take time off work. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough—if you need dental work, you’ve found the right place!

I honestly used to dread going to the dentist, but this place has turned that around for me. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which really puts you at ease. I had a routine cleaning and was pleasantly surprised at how quick and painless the process was. The hygienist explained each step of the cleaning process and offered fantastic tips on maintaining my oral health. The only downside was that the parking was a bit tricky; it would be great if they had more spots available. But once I got inside, all my worries vanished. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment!

I have always dreaded dental visits, but my experience here has completely changed my perspective. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist who made me feel comfortable right away. The waiting area was clean and inviting, and even though I had an appointment, I was seen almost immediately. Dr. Pakanati took the time to explain every procedure and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I appreciated that he truly cares about his patients. I had a cleaning and a filling done in the same visit, and I felt no discomfort at all. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough, making sure I understood how to care for my teeth better. My only suggestion would be to have a little more variety in the magazines in the waiting area—there were a lot of outdated ones. Other than that, I’m thrilled with my experience and can’t recommend this place enough!
