I had a wonderful experience getting my wedding dress made here! The level of personalization and care was beyond what I expected. The team took their time to discuss every detail, from the neckline to the lace trim. It was great to see the progress in each fitting. My only minor feedback would be on the communication regarding timelines; there were a couple of instances I wished I had a bit more clarity on when certain fittings would be. Nonetheless, the final product was breathtaking! I felt so beautiful on my big day, and I owe it all to the amazing craftsmanship here. I brought my daughter here to get a custom dress for her prom, and the entire experience was fantastic! We were welcomed right away, and Elizabeth herself took the time to sit down with us to discuss styles and preferences. It was evident that she genuinely cares about her clients. The range of fabrics and designs offered is truly impressive; we ended up with a stunning dress that my daughter received endless compliments on! The alterations were spot on, and the attention to detail was remarkable. My only critique would be the limited hours; having only a few days available makes scheduling a bit tricky, especially for busy families. Despite that, the quality of work and service is unbeatable! We’ll definitely be back for future events.

I can't say enough good things about my experience here! I came in to get a custom dress for a charity gala, and from the moment I entered the shop, I felt like a valued customer. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. They worked with me through several design ideas until we found the perfect match. What truly impressed me was their attention to detail; they even suggested a unique fabric that I would have never picked on my own, and it turned out to be stunning! The final dress was not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable to wear, which is a huge bonus for any event. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps having more promotional events to attract new customers, as I believe this gem deserves more recognition.
