I recently had an eye exam, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've had at an optometrist. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. The waiting area was clean and inviting, with plenty of magazines to keep me entertained. Dr. Johnson was thorough and patient, taking the time to explain each test and answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. I am usually anxious about eye exams, but their professionalism eased my nerves significantly. The selection of glasses was impressive, featuring a range of stylish frames. I ended up finding a perfect pair! The only minor issue was the wait time; I had to wait about 15 minutes past my appointment time. Overall, though, the quality of care and the attention to detail made it worth it. I will definitely be returning for my future eye care needs. I’ve been going to this optometrist for a few years now, and I can’t recommend them enough! The staff are always so accommodating and helpful. Dr. Smith takes the time to really listen to your concerns, and I never feel rushed during my visits. They have a great selection of contact lenses and glasses, which is a bonus! I did notice on my last visit that it was a little crowded, which made the waiting area feel a bit cramped. However, the quality of care totally made up for it! I always leave feeling well taken care of.

I had a great visit! The doctor was very friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail. The staff were also very helpful when it came to choosing frames. The only thing I wish they had was a wider selection of brands, but otherwise, it was a solid experience. I’ll be back for sure!

I had such a pleasant visit! The office was bright and welcoming, and the staff were friendly from the start. My appointment started right on time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Lee was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything during the exam, making sure I understood what was happening. I was a bit surprised by the variety of eyewear options available; it was far more extensive than other places I’ve been to. My only feedback would be that the parking situation isn’t the best; it can be tricky to find a spot during busy times. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend their services!
