I recently had a facial treatment here, and I can't recommend it enough! The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I absolutely loved how every detail was considered, from the soothing music to the gentle lighting. The staff was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain all the products used during my treatment. My skin felt revitalized and so smooth afterward! The only small thing I noticed was that sometimes it could get a little busy, which might result in a bit of a wait. However, it was definitely worth it! I left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. The only minor suggestion I’d have is to offer a wider selection of teas for customers to enjoy while waiting. But honestly, the service was so good that I’m willing to overlook that! I’ll definitely be back, maybe even this weekend!

I visited this spa for a facial, and while I had a lovely experience overall, there were a few things that could improve. The ambiance was calming, with soft music and comfortable treatment rooms that made you want to stay forever. My esthetician was very skilled and attentive, and my skin felt incredible afterward. I particularly enjoyed the facial masks they used; my skin felt hydrated and looked radiant! However, I noticed it took a while to get checked in, and the front desk could be more organized during busy hours. Despite this, the quality of the treatment definitely made up for it. I believe with just a bit of streamlining at the front, they’d be perfect. I will be returning for another treatment for sure!

The only thing I would suggest is to have a few more seating options in the waiting area. It was a bit crowded when I arrived, but honestly, the service was worth it! I can’t wait to come back for my next appointment; I’m already counting down the days!
