I cannot praise this organization enough! They have a remarkable team dedicated to helping families in need of elder care support. I was particularly impressed with their resource center and the variety of programs they offer. The workshops are educational and provide practical tips that are easy to apply. One thing that could be improved is the website; it can be a bit confusing to navigate at times. However, the in-person assistance more than makes up for it! My experience has truly been uplifting, and I feel more equipped to care for my parents now.

I’m so grateful for the support I received here while navigating my mother's care options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we understood our choices, especially about financial assistance programs. They were patient with all my questions and helped me feel less overwhelmed during a stressful time. The only minor issue was the wait time for some services; it can be a bit lengthy. As someone who has been involved with this organization for a few months now, I can confidently say that they are doing some amazing work! The staff is incredibly dedicated and passionate about helping families navigate elder care needs. However, I did notice that some of the communication could be improved; on a couple of occasions, I didn’t receive timely updates on my inquiries.
