I had a really positive experience at this credit union last week while setting up my first savings account. The staff was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to understand my financial goals. They helped me choose the right plan tailored to my needs. I also love the fact that they don’t charge outrageous fees like some larger banks. My only suggestion would be to extend Saturday hours a bit because I think it would accommodate more people. Other than that, I’m very satisfied and feel valued as a member!

As someone who has been banking with this credit union for over two years now, I can confidently say it’s a great alternative to big banks. The community feel is evident in everything they do, from their friendly customer service to the personalized financial advice they offer. I recently took out a loan for a new car, and the rates were much better than what I found elsewhere. However, I do wish their mobile app was a bit more user-friendly; it can be a little glitchy at times. Still, I appreciate the accessibility of their branches and the fact that they are open on Saturdays. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a supportive banking experience.

I just want to shout out how great my experience was here! Every visit, the team has been super helpful and genuinely friendly. I especially love how they always have time to answer all my questions without rushing. Plus, the rates on savings accounts are competitive! If I had to nitpick, it would be nice if they had more ATMs in the area, but overall, I’m really happy with my choice to bank with them.
