I brought in a vintage bracelet that was in pretty rough shape, and I was amazed at the transformation! The team was super friendly, and they explained every step of the repair process. What a gem of a place! It’s rare to find a repair service that combines professionalism with a warm, inviting atmosphere. I brought in a pair of earrings that needed some urgent repairs, and I was amazed at how quickly they turned it around. They were very clear about the costs and timelines, which I really appreciated. The craftsmanship was top-notch; my earrings looked better than ever! If I had to nitpick, I’d say the shop could use a little more signage outside because it’s easy to miss. But once you get in, you’ll be glad you came. Highly recommend!
