Had an amazing experience here! The staff is super friendly and really knows how to handle pets. My cat can be a bit of a diva, but they calmed her down and did a fantastic job with her grooming. The place is clean and well-organized, which I really appreciate. I did have to wait a little while since it was busy, but the results were worth it. Highly recommend!

I recently took my Golden Retriever to get groomed, and I have to say, I was beyond impressed with the service we received! From the moment we walked in, I felt welcomed by the staff, who clearly love animals. They took time to ask about my dog's grooming history and preferences. The groomer was incredibly knowledgeable; she suggested a new shampoo that would help with my dog's skin sensitivity, and it worked wonders! The grooming itself was thorough, and my pup came out looking fabulous with a shiny coat and a fresh smell. The only minor hiccup was that it took a little longer than I expected, maybe an hour and a half, but that just showed they were dedicated to getting it right. I appreciated all the attention to detail, and my dog seemed comfortable the whole time. Overall, it's evident they prioritize the well-being of pets over rushing through appointments. I will definitely be returning for future grooming sessions and recommend this place to all my fellow pet owners!

I took my small dog here for a grooming session, and I was really pleased with the results! The groomer paid close attention to my dog's specific needs and worked gently, which made him feel at ease. He looked adorable after his trim! One suggestion I would give is that it might help to have clearer communication about wait times; I wasn't sure how long it would take, but everything else was excellent. I will definitely be back!
