I can't recommend this shipping place enough! The staff really goes above and beyond to help you. I had a last-minute shipping need, and they were quick to assist me. They even offered suggestions on how to pack my item more securely for its journey. I loved the variety of shipping options they presented, making it easy to choose one that fit my budget and timeline. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt valued as a customer. The only thing that could be improved is maybe a clearer signage for the self-service kiosks; I initially had a hard time finding them. But this is a minor issue in an otherwise fantastic experience. I will definitely return for my future shipping needs!

I’ve been to this shipping center several times for both personal and business needs. I must say, the employees are consistently friendly and professional. They always take the time to ensure that my packages are properly prepared and explain the shipping options available. I had a particularly large package to send last week, and they provided me with a great pricing solution I didn’t even know was available! The only downside was that there was a bit of a wait on a busy Tuesday afternoon. However, the staff remained efficient and helpful, which made the wait worthwhile. I will definitely keep coming back!

As someone who frequently ships items, I've visited various centers, but this one stands out for its efficiency and customer service. The employees are knowledgeable, and they clearly care about their customers. Last week, I came in to ship a fragile item, and I was impressed with how they took the time to make sure it was packed securely. There's also a variety of shipping options, which is great if you're looking to save a few bucks. If I had one tiny suggestion, it would be to have more than one person at the front counter during peak hours. I noticed a bit of a backlog while I was there. Nevertheless, I'll continue to use this location for all my shipping needs because of the great service!
