I've tried numerous wellness centers over the years, but this place truly stands out. I decided to try the infrared sauna, and wow, what an experience! The heat felt incredible, really helped with my muscle tension, and I left feeling lighter and more energized. I also appreciated the staff's knowledge; they took the time to explain how the treatment works and the benefits it offers. My only minor critique would be that the waiting area could use a bit more seating during peak times. Regardless, I’ve already booked my next appointment and can’t wait to return!
