I had my first appointment with Dr. Jordan last week, and I must say, it was a breath of fresh air! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming. The staff greeted me with smiles and were very efficient in getting my paperwork done. Dr. Jordan took her time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed, which is so rare these days. She explained everything in detail, making sure I understood my health issues and treatment options. What I appreciated most was her holistic approach; she didn’t just focus on treating symptoms but looked at my overall well-being. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and I felt safe with the health protocols they had in place. My only slight critique would be the wait time, which was about 20 minutes, but given the care I received, I’d gladly wait again. I’m so grateful to have found such a knowledgeable and caring doctor! As someone who's seen many doctors over the years, I can confidently say that my visit to Dr. Jordan was one of the most positive experiences I've had in a medical office. Upon entering, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Jordan has an incredible way of making her patients feel at ease. She sat down with me and conducted a comprehensive review of my history, which made me feel valued as a patient. Her explanations were clear, and she offered a proactive plan for my healthcare instead of just prescribing medications. The office itself was spotless, and you could tell that they prioritize a clean environment, which made me feel safe. One little hiccup was that the billing process was a bit confusing; I had a couple of questions that weren't answered right away. However, the overall quality of care more than made up for it. I can't recommend Dr. Jordan enough! From my first phone call to schedule an appointment, I felt like I was in good hands. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making the whole process simple and stress-free. During my visit, Dr. Jordan was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand my health concerns in depth. She didn’t rush through the appointment, and her genuine interest in my well-being was evident throughout our conversation. I also appreciated her suggestions regarding lifestyle changes that could help improve my overall health. The only minor issue I encountered was that parking can be a bit challenging at peak hours; however, it's worth the visit! The care I received was absolutely top-notch.
