To my surprise, the team diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me a fair estimate. What stood out to me was how they communicated throughout the repair process. They kept me updated via text, which I really appreciated since I was at work and couldn't take calls. The staff was friendly and very professional, and I left feeling confident that they had done everything possible to fix my device. They even offered some tips on how to maintain my computer. I love that they are a Black-owned business, and I feel good supporting them! The only thing I wish is that they had longer hours on Saturdays, as it was difficult for me to get there during the week. Still, I couldn’t be happier with the service!
