My experience with this dealership was quite positive overall. I went in to check out a few vehicles and was met with a warm welcome from the team. They were eager to help and didn't pressure me, which I truly appreciated. I test drove a couple of cars and ended up falling in love with a sporty coupe that had a low mileage. The salesperson went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the features of the car, and they even threw in an extended warranty at no extra cost! The only hiccup was that the paperwork took longer than expected, but the friendly atmosphere made the wait more enjoyable. The salesperson was knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions without making me feel pressured. They even provided a complimentary car wash before I took it home! My only suggestion would be to improve their online presence; I found some vehicles listed that were no longer available. Still, the in-person experience was great, and I'm thrilled with my new ride!
