I've been a customer at this bank for over a year now, and overall, I've had a positive experience. The tellers are usually very helpful, and I appreciate the ATM access, which is convenient. There was one time I had an issue with a transaction, and the customer service team handled it promptly. However, I do wish the wait times during peak hours could be shorter. It can get pretty crowded, and I sometimes find myself waiting longer than expected. But the staff is friendly and always working hard, which I admire. I would recommend this bank for its excellent customer service and reliability.

I just moved to the area and needed to set up a new checking account. I walked in and was greeted warmly by the staff, which made a great first impression! They took the time to walk me through the process and made sure I understood all the fees and benefits associated with the account. I especially appreciated that they didn’t pressure me into any upsells, as I've experienced at other banks before. The branch itself is well-organized and has a modern feel that I really liked. One thing I found a bit inconvenient was their Saturday hours; they close at noon, which doesn't give me a lot of time to visit. But overall, I’m thrilled with their service and feel confident in my choice.
