As a long-time customer, I have to say this place is pretty solid. The staff usually greets me with a smile, and I always feel welcome when I walk in. I opened an account here after hearing good things from friends, and my experience has been mostly positive. The team is knowledgeable and always willing to assist. I particularly like their emphasis on customer service. However, I did encounter a long wait time during a busy Saturday morning, which was a bit frustrating. If they could manage the flow of customers better during peak hours, it would definitely improve the experience.
