After a fender bender, I took my car to this auto body shop mainly because of the great reviews I had heard. The entire process was very smooth. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and took my details quickly. They provided a timeline of how long the repairs would take, which was really appreciated. I was impressed by their attention to detail; they took pictures of my car before starting and explained what needed to be done thoroughly. They also worked with my insurance company, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. When I got my car back, I was thrilled to see that they had not only fixed the damage but also detailed the entire vehicle! I can’t remember the last time my car looked that good. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was that the initial quote was slightly off, but they made sure to explain the adjustments. Overall, I would definitely recommend this shop for their professionalism and quality of work.

I recently had my car's bumper repaired here, and overall, I was satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. They completed the work in a timely manner, which I appreciated since I rely on my car for everyday use. However, I felt that the communication could have been a bit better; I had to follow up to get the status of my car instead of them reaching out to me. That said, the quality of the repair was excellent, and my bumper looks as good as new. Plus, their prices were reasonable compared to other shops I checked out.
