I can’t say enough about my experience with this bank! As a new resident in the area, I was looking for a bank that made opening an account easy and hassle-free. I walked in during a weekday afternoon, and the staff were incredibly friendly and eager to assist. They helped me set up my savings account quickly, and I appreciated that they walked me through the mobile app features as well. It’s nice to have everything right at my fingertips! The customer service has been stellar, with follow-up calls to ensure I’m satisfied and to answer any additional questions. The branch itself is modern and has a nice layout, which makes it easy to navigate. However, I did notice that there can be a bit of a wait during peak hours, especially on Saturdays when I stopped by to do some banking. It would be great if they could add more staff during those busy times. Nonetheless, I’m really impressed with how they handle things and the overall commitment to customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a bank that truly cares about its customers and offers great service, I would absolutely recommend checking this one out.
