I had a really positive experience at the bank last week while applying for a loan. The loan officer was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through every step of the process. I stopped by the bank to open a savings account, and I was really happy with how smooth the process was. The staff was super friendly and made sure to explain everything clearly. I love the online features they offer as well. I do wish their physical branches were open on weekends, though. Overall, a solid choice!
