I recently opened an account and I couldn't be happier! The staff was incredibly friendly and made the whole process super easy. The online banking features are intuitive, which is a big plus for me. I had an excellent experience when I needed to set up a new savings account. The representative was quite knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions thoroughly. I really appreciated how they made sure I understood everything before finalizing the paperwork. Also, the wheelchair accessible entrance is a thoughtful touch for those who need it. The only thing I think could be improved is the signage outside; it could be more visible from the street!

I've been a member for over two years now and I must say, the service is fantastic! Last week, I had a question about a loan application, and Tom went above and beyond to explain everything in detail. He even helped me run some numbers to see what would work best for my budget. The environment is welcoming, and I love that they have free coffee on site! The only downside is that sometimes the wait times can be a little longer during peak hours, but the staff is always cheerful and ready to assist. Overall, a solid choice for banking!
