I’ve been banking here for a couple of years now, and I have to say, the experience has been mostly positive. The tellers are always friendly and willing to assist, which I really appreciate. I went in last week to inquire about some investment options, and the financial advisor was super knowledgeable. They took the time to explain different plans based on my financial situation, which really helped me make an informed decision. I also love that they have Saturday hours, which fit my schedule perfectly. On the downside, I’ve noticed that sometimes the phone support isn't the best. There have been a couple of times I had to wait on hold longer than I expected. It would be great if they could work on improving that aspect. Nonetheless, the overall service and the positive vibes from the staff keep me coming back. I feel like they genuinely care about their customers and are always looking for ways to help us succeed financially.
