Great service and friendly staff! I've been a customer for over a year and have always had a positive experience. The loan process was straightforward, and they took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I also really like the security features they have in place for online banking; it gives me peace of mind. However, I do think the wait times could improve; I've had to wait in line more than once due to a high volume of customers. Nonetheless, I appreciate the personal touch and am happy to be a customer here. Definitely recommend it to friends and family!

I had a fantastic experience here! The staff was friendly and the ambiance in the branch was welcoming. I was in to open a new account, and they made it really simple. Everything was explained to me clearly, which is a plus for someone like me who isn't super financially savvy. I appreciate the variety of services they offer. I just wish they had more ATMs available, as I sometimes had to search a bit for one nearby. But all in all, very happy!

After moving to the area, I needed to find a reliable bank, and I came across this one. The branch is conveniently located, which is a huge plus. I decided to visit on a Saturday, and I was surprised to see how busy it was, but the staff handled the crowd efficiently. I opened a checking and savings account, and the representative was extremely knowledgeable. They guided me through the entire process, which made it feel much less daunting. I particularly liked the mobile app; it's very intuitive and has a lot of features, like mobile check deposit and budget tracking. My only complaint is that I wish they had extended hours during the week. Sometimes, it’s tough to get there before closing time after work. Overall, I feel like I made a good choice and would recommend this bank to others!
