I have been banking here for a few years now, and I genuinely love it! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making each visit a pleasant experience. The drive-through is super convenient, plus I’ve never had to wait long, which is a big plus for my busy schedule! They also offer some great financial advice and have helped me with my savings plan. I loved how they genuinely care about their customers; it felt like I was talking to a friend, not just a banker. They also have a nice little coffee station in the lobby, which is a lovely touch! On the flip side, I did notice that the parking lot can get a bit crowded during peak hours, especially on weekdays. It would be great if they could expand it or manage the flow of customers better during those times. But honestly, that’s a small price to pay for such a fantastic team and service.
