I recently transitioned my personal banking to this institution, and I have to say, I’m very pleased with the overall experience! The staff here is consistently friendly and attentive. During my first visit, I was assisted by a representative who took the time to understand my banking needs and suggested the best products that suited my financial goals. One thing I really appreciate is their commitment to community involvement; they often host events that support local charities, which speaks volumes about their values. While their weekday hours are standard, I do wish they would extend their Sunday hours to accommodate those of us who work 9 to 5 during the week. Additionally, there were a couple of times when I experienced long wait times due to staffing shortages, which was a bit frustrating. However, the quality of service more than makes up for these small drawbacks. Overall, I feel confident banking here and look forward to a long relationship with them!

The layout of the branch is clean and organized, which made it easy for me to find exactly what I was looking for. I was there to open a new savings account, and the representative walked me through the process step by step. They answered all my questions with a smile, making what can sometimes be a daunting task feel super simple. I also appreciate their Saturday hours, which really accommodate my busy schedule. The only thing I would suggest is to have a few more staff members during peak hours, as I did notice a slight wait time.
