I had a great experience at this muffler shop recently! I needed some repairs done, and the staff was incredibly helpful right from the start. They answered all my questions patiently and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. I especially appreciated their honesty; they could have upsold me on additional services, but they only did the work that was necessary. The price was reasonable, and they completed everything in a timely fashion. The only thing I would suggest is to improve the communication about when the car would be ready. I had to check in a couple of times for updates. Despite that small hiccup, I’m really satisfied with the service and will definitely return if I need any more work done. It’s nice to find a reliable shop that cares about its customers!

I took my car in for a muffler replacement last week, and I couldn't be happier with the service! The team was super friendly and transparent about the costs involved. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and even showed me the old muffler afterward. The turnaround time was impressively quick; I was in and out within a couple of hours. The new muffler sounds great, and my car is running so much smoother. My only suggestion would be to maybe improve the waiting area—it's a bit cramped. But overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend for anyone needing muffler work.

They even pointed out a few other minor issues that could become problems down the line but weren't pushy about fixing them right away. The prices were fair, and the work was done in no time. It’s refreshing to find a place that values honesty and quality. A minor improvement could be the seating in the waiting area; it could use a bit of an upgrade. Other than that, I’m thrilled with their service!
