I’ve been a customer for nearly a year now, and my experience has been mostly positive. The staff is really approachable and makes you feel valued. I appreciate their efforts in providing financial education, which helped me understand better saving options. The only downside I’ve faced is the limited hours on Saturdays, which can be tough for someone with a full-time job during the week. Sometimes, I’d like to drop by for consultations or quick questions. Despite this, I’m happy with the bank overall, especially the personalized service I receive.
