I can’t express how grateful I am for the care I received from my doctor. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. My experience with Dr. Copeland has been quite positive overall. I was referred to her for a lingering shoulder issue, and after my first consultation, I knew I was in good hands. The office staff are friendly and professional, which made the experience much more pleasant. Dr. Copeland’s approach is methodical and kind; she really took the time to listen to my concerns and laid out a comprehensive treatment plan that made sense to me. I began to see improvements relatively quickly, which was encouraging. However, I did find that it took a bit longer to get through to the office when I had questions, and while this wasn’t a dealbreaker, it could be improved for a more streamlined communication. All in all, I’m very thankful for the care I’ve received and would recommend her services.

I recently underwent surgery with Dr. Copeland, and I must say, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. The pre-surgery consultations were thorough, and I felt fully prepared for what lay ahead. The staff is attentive, and they genuinely seem to care about your well-being. The surgery went smoothly, and my recovery has been remarkably fast thanks to the excellent guidance from Dr. Copeland. I especially appreciated how she followed up with me post-surgery to check on my progress. It made a big difference to know she was invested in my recovery. One area for improvement could be the waiting room; while it's clean, it could use a few more comfortable seating options as it can get crowded at times. Overall, I highly recommend this surgeon and her team for anyone needing orthopedic surgery!
