From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile, and the waiting area was comfortable and clean. Dr. Bonzell took the time to explain everything about my dental health and answered all my questions without rushing. I really appreciated the thoroughness! The hygienist was equally kind and gentle during my cleaning, which made the experience much more pleasant than I had anticipated. The only slight downside was that my appointment ran a bit behind schedule, which made me nervous with my tight schedule that day. However, I could tell they were just giving the same level of care to each patient. Overall, it was a great visit, and I’ll definitely be back for my next check-up.
