When I arrived, they greeted me warmly and made sure to explain everything in detail regarding what needed to be done. I appreciated their transparency about the costs and timelines. The mechanic took the time to show me what was wrong and answer my questions, which made me feel reassured. They even have a gender-neutral restroom, which I thought was great for inclusivity!
