I've been going to my dentist for years, but after moving to Anchorage, I needed to find a new place for my dental care. I was a bit apprehensive because I have a bit of anxiety when it comes to dental visits. However, my experience at this dental clinic was completely different. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff greeted me with bright smiles and made the check-in process seamless. The waiting area was clean, well-organized, and had a calming atmosphere, which helped ease my nerves. Dr. Thompson was my dentist, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She took the time to explain the procedures clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. The hygienist was equally friendly and gentle, which is a huge plus for someone like me who is quite sensitive to dental work. I also appreciated that they used modern technology, which made my cleaning quicker and more effective. I can't say enough great things about my visit! I recently had a toothache and decided to make an appointment at this dental clinic. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They got me in the same week, which was a relief! When I arrived, I was greeted warmly, and the waiting time was minimal. Dr. Martin was fantastic; he was patient and thorough, explaining everything he was doing as he went along. I felt completely at ease, which is not easy for me in a dental setting! The pain relief from my treatment was immediate, and I left feeling like a million bucks. The office itself is modern and clean, making the whole experience pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality dental care. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the ability to book follow-up appointments online, but honestly, that’s just nitpicking. Overall, fantastic service!
