I've been a member for several years, and I can't say enough good things about my experiences here. The staff are always friendly and genuinely interested in helping. What a fantastic experience I had recently! I went in to inquire about refinancing my car loan, and the representative I spoke with was not only knowledgeable but also very patient. She answered all of my questions and made suggestions that were genuinely helpful. I really felt like she had my best interests at heart. The rates they offer are very competitive compared to traditional banks, which is a huge plus. If I had to point out one thing they could improve upon, it would be their waiting area—it could use a bit of updating to feel more inviting. But honestly, their service more than makes up for it!
