I was referred to this office by a friend who raved about Dr. Fram, and I am so glad I took their advice! From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease. The receptionists were friendly, and I barely had to wait before being called in. Dr. Fram herself is lovely—she has such a calming presence and clearly knows her stuff. I was particularly impressed with how well she explained my diagnosis and the treatment options available. I had some concerns about my vision worsening, and she addressed each one with care and professionalism. The office is clean and well-organized, which adds to the overall positive experience. While I did find the office a bit difficult to locate at first due to the construction in the area, it was worth the effort once I got there. One suggestion I would offer is to perhaps consider some signage outside to help guide new patients. Nevertheless, I left feeling confident in my treatment plan and grateful for the attentive care I received.
