This auto repair shop did a great job on my transmission issue. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they explained the repairs in a way I could understand. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wait for my appointment was a bit longer than I anticipated. I’ve been going to this auto repair shop for over a year now, and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always makes me feel welcome. Not only did they explain everything in detail, but they also offered me several options for repairs, which I appreciated. The prices are reasonable, and I never felt pressured into any unnecessary work. Each time I visit, I feel like I’m treated like family. They even called me a few days later to check up on how my car was running post-repair, which is a nice touch. The only downside is that they can get quite busy, so it’s wise to schedule an appointment in advance. But honestly, it's worth the wait for such quality service!
