Frank himself was very knowledgeable and explained the potential issues with my TV in a way that made sense without overwhelming me with technical jargon. He quoted a fair price for the repairs right then and there, which I appreciated. The entire process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised when my TV was ready for pickup a couple of days later. It works perfectly now, and the picture quality is even better than before! My only minor feedback would be that the waiting area could use a few more comfortable seats, as it was quite busy when I arrived.
