I had a fantastic experience at the auto body shop after a minor fender bender. The staff was genuinely friendly and took the time to discuss my repair options thoroughly. I was impressed by their attention to detail; they pointed out a couple of additional scratches I wasn't even aware of and offered to fix them at a reasonable price. I was also happy to see that they used high-quality parts and paint to ensure a perfect match. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the time go by faster. I did find the hours a bit limiting since I work during the week, and it would be great if they could offer weekend hours for pick-ups or consultations. However, the communication was excellent, and they made sure I was informed at every step. When I picked up my car, it looked immaculate! I highly recommend this place to anyone who values quality service and care for their vehicle.
