I can’t praise this transmission shop enough! After my car started making strange noises, I took it in, and the mechanics were fantastic. They performed a diagnostic test and explained each step of the process. Their level of customer service is exceptional; they really care about making sure you're informed and comfortable with the repairs. I loved that they provided a detailed breakdown of costs upfront, so there were no surprises. I had to leave my car with them for a few days due to the extensive work needed, and they kept me updated via phone calls, which I really appreciated. When I got my car back, it was running smoothly, and they even cleaned the interior, which was a nice touch! The only thing I would suggest for improvement is maybe expanding their hours, as it was difficult for me to pick up the car after work. Nevertheless, I will definitely be returning if I ever need transmission work again!
