This auto glass shop exceeded my expectations! After a minor accident left my side window shattered, I felt overwhelmed with the repair process until I found this gem. They have a fantastic team that really knows their stuff. I called in and was greeted with a cheerful voice that made me feel at ease. They scheduled me for a same-day service, which was a relief. When I arrived, I noticed how well they followed health protocols; everyone was wearing masks, which gave me peace of mind. The work was completed quicker than I anticipated, and my car was returned to me in perfect condition. The staff went above and beyond, even taking the time to clean the surrounding areas of my car. As for improvements, I think adding a few magazines or something to read in the waiting area would be a nice touch. But overall, this place is fantastic, and I’m so glad I chose them. Five stars for their efficient service and wonderful staff!

They offered me a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was way more reasonable than I had anticipated. I was particularly impressed by how they prioritized safety, requiring masks and ensuring social distancing in the waiting area. While I waited, they kept me updated on the progress, and I appreciated their transparency. The repair was completed quickly, and they even cleaned the glass shards from the interior! My car looked as good as new, and I left feeling much better than when I arrived. The only thing I might suggest is having a few more seats in the waiting area, as it got a bit crowded while I was there. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough for their exceptional service and professionalism!
