Recently, I took out a personal loan, and the process was smooth, with clear communication throughout. I also enjoy the community events they host; it’s nice to feel connected. However, I feel that their branch hours could be more flexible. It’s tough to make it during the week with my work schedule, and they close early on Saturdays. I’d love to see them extend hours, maybe at least one evening a week. Despite this, I still feel this is a solid option for anyone looking for reliable and friendly banking!
